Arcee was pleasant and welcoming. Every service person I have worked with have been this way. Arcee met met at my car, greeted me by name based on my appointment data snd explained what he was going to do. He offered multiple options for my wait and I chose to stay in the lounge. Arcee gave me updates and advice on ways to improve my car’s performance. My service was completed and my car was washed and sanitized. The diagnostic evaluation indicated some cleaning of idk and a new battery. My cars feels great!! I am very satisfied!

I am not very happy with the service because first of all the mirror on the right hand side that I attached was broken and also the shield underneath the vehicle was not put back and it was loose flying in the wind coming back and grinding on the road also the tab that secures the headlight connector was broken and was left on top of the engine once I open the hood at Midway because of the grinding nose! He had a great since of humor and went beyond his call of duty to make sure I was satisfied.
1. Arcee was able to answer a question about a problem I had regarding the rear seat access. That was actually an operations problem.
2. Arcee took the time to answer and discuss some technology questions and also informed me about upcoming developments for me to consider as a possible future vehicle purchase.
