Great customer service as usual! Edwin with service does a great job in explaining and helping with whatever question or concern I have.
No, we are not satisfied with the service because when we received our carr, there was oil all over and wasn’t cleaned. Also, I had another mechanic check and we were told that the oil wasn’t changed either or maybe it was changed but not thoroughly. This is unacceptable as we are the customers and we deserve better maintenance service than this.
