I was told it would only be an hour so I was going to wait, but then I realized the location was not the same and there was no comfortable way to work from there as with the other place which I had asked about. After 2 hours Had not heard anything back and couldn’t get through to anyone, was hung up on twice and then caller 7, couldnt wait on the line. I got a message saying it was ready 30 min after I told them I needed it. Then I tried to call and see how late they were open and was caller 13 to wait. Had to just leave my car overnight. Seems like since the move there has been a loss in customer service, communication and just the overall experience you expect from a luxury car dealership.
