John Yarber is AMAZING! He always does a great job making sure my car is well taken care of. It is because of John Yarber I continue to make the drive to Cerritos. There are two dealerships closer to me. However, I will never trust my car to anyone but John Yarber. My husband passed away last year. It’s so nice to know I have someone I can trust. Someone who will never take advantage of me & tell me something is wrong with my car when in fact there isn’t anything wrong with my car. I plan on belonging to the Infinity family for a very long time because of John Yarber.

I was completely satisfied with Edwin, he went out of his way to help me with my vehicle after being almost ripped off by another dealership. Edwin look in the computer and seen that I was covered under warranty and got my car right in for service He was so nice and so approachable. Edwin made my day because honestly I was having a really bad one. Thank you Edwin for being tentive, caring, funny and knowledgeable about the things I needed done to my car. Thank you!

Jason Bueno was very good, but the reason I had to go back after 3 weeks to service my Q50 is because after me INSISTING to make sure that the tires were in good conditions I NOTICED few days later that the right from tire had wires exposed already, I could have had a huge accident, so I am very disappointed also the car required Alignment and it was never brought up to my attention.
Any way I purchased 2 tires and it was aligned today. I hope the put the correct tires, now I don’t trust them.
I always request Edwin when I come there because he is probably the best service advisor you guys have ever had. Please let him know what a great job he does and how happy he makes us customer.
