After spending 30 to 40 minutes of arguing with managers in person and over the phone, the head supervisor finally agreed to cover the cost of the work to be done...even though he had told me on the phone that he 100% agreed with me that they should cover the whole cost and not just half. Not satisfied with the arguing, and/or the time wasted to get to a solution, but I am very satisfied with the work that was completed. The guy Dustin who checked me in was a great guy, his boss there in the office needs a lesson in people skills. Overall, my experience was pretty good since the original goal was met. But the arguing was absolutely not needed.
Eric was very friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and, as always, great quality.

We brought the vehicle back as the steering feels stiff compared to prior to the issue which caused the steering to fail. A squealing noise can be heard when steering the vehicle as well. We showed this to a service employee. We left the vehicle with the service department as we feel the issue has not been resolved.
Joe is always great! He is my go-to when I need service on both of my vehicles.
