I wanted to take time out of my schedule to give praise and accolades to Joe. I have been with Ford for many many years and the darlings family and they always feel a sense of belonging and a big part of that is because of Joe. Joe takes the time to find out about people to build a personal connection, and he's also a great conversationalist. Joe has a wonderful approach to ensure that all needs are going to be addressed regarding my Super Duty. His product knowledge is imperative to the streamline workflow approach that he has. Joe always knows how to solve a problem, I've seen them handle three or four customers at a time. I trust Joe implicitly with my truck. In all my years with Joe I've never heard him say I can't do that, he always says let's figure it out.
