Jacob was great. He communicated well the timeframe and made sure we were updated when there were delays. The gift card was a nice touch when the delay extended. He gave a detailed explanation of the work done and we discussed what I should do the next time in I’m for maintenance. I would seek him out in the future if I have a chance to do so
