Excellent service on my Ford F-150. I am very pleased with my experience at Darling’s Ford today. Jeffery Schencks did a very nice job in answering any questions I had and seeing that my vehicle was serviced properly.

As I said in my phone message. The wipers keep pulsing on intermittent and the headlight go on and off for no reason. Driving home from Portland the dash board indicated I was heading east or southeast, not north. If you aren’t interested in returning my phone call so be it. Goodbye
Jeff was excellent, he went above and beyond by getting me in earlier than my original appointment and did more than what was expected, including having my suv washed!

My problem wasn’t with Jacob or the dealership in general. It’s frustrating to receive recall notices and for the dealership not be able to do the necessary work because they can’t get the parts or tools. I understand that this is new technology and new branches of service but it’s still peoples lives and livelihoods that are being put at risk.

It has been a pleasure working with William . He definitely takes care of all my needs like for instance I have a three hr drive to have my car serviced and he always asks me how was your drive down. That means a lot to me I travel by myself. He asks if Iam having any issues and explains things clearly so I myself as woman can understand. That I really appreciate!! When my car is done William has made sure it has been washed and explains the bill and what they did to my car.
