When you need immediate assistance due to engine light and vehicle running poorly you have to wait 3 weeks. I'll need to go back for a third time as they have not diagnosed correctly yet.

Every time I have ever dealt with darlings ford, Bangor Maine it has been a horrible experience. Employees being complete scum bags that are full of **** and think they can blow smoke out of there **** to do the least amount of work possible.

Cooper was amazingly helpful in assisting me in getting an oil change today. I had mixed up the dates of my appointment this morning with next week. I said I can come back next week and Cooper got me in anyways. I didn’t ask Nor demanded to be seen. But he made it happen and I’m grateful. Thanks to Copper and the service sept for helping me out today!

My experience **** with you you c a n fly and fold up a s all I cair your salesmen **** and don't keep there wood. I can go on with my truck darlings put 16000 to fix it and I have to pay for a broken wire. You **** bad inmy book and will let others know this we spent over 100k at darlings last year never again

Did not perform the 99 point check as instructed and found an undercarriage protection piece in the back of my pickup without any explanation when I picked up my vehicle. Had to return to the facility for an explanation. Lots of words with no action, very disappointing given my previous experiences with Darlings. Found out the part was under warranty, however would not have known if I had not returned to the facility and asked questions for was originally was told I would have to pay over $200 to have replaced.
