jeff was great. i felt very informed once they found the issue. he quoted me the price and timeline. he also suggested i contact my insurance company. my comprehensive did cover it as it wasnt an accident. he kept in contact with me throughout the week with the progress. the car was ready a week early. i was very pleased with the paying part of the process. he met me shortly after arriving and got the car brought in for me while paying. very professional yet friendly. i felt so happy leaving there. earlier than expected, quoted price, and all clean. the inside was cleaned as well, being where the issue was. 100% satisfied.
