I had asked for the clutch to be replaced as it is shuddering and under manufacture warranty. I was told a relearn was done and that I needed to come get my car. The clutch is a known issue in this model, I have had it replaced once already at 50k miles, I’ve since had the TCM replaced and a relearn completed. The clutch is only under warranty for another 3k miles and I expressed that the re-learn is not a fix, and I’m running out of time to obtain the proper replacement.
Attempt to fix heat shield resulted in total failure of the piece. Service dept says they tried, but will get back to me with price of a whole new one as it covers the entire length of the C-Max.

The problem was resolved in a fast manner and car feels much better than when I dropped it off. It was a great job and I will bring it back for future repairs and maintenance.

This is by far, the best experience I have had with ANY VW dealership repair service. From start to finish it was great! Thank you to Jackie, thank you to the service person that checked me out (can't remember his name) and thank you to the service person that washed my car and made it shine!
At least so far. My sister-in-law suffered a loss of a tire at fortunately low speed after another dealer did a tire rotation. That always worries me.
