Due to a scheduling mix up, the service department was not expecting me for another 2 weeks. However, Joseph managed to get my truck in and have the service done in about the same amount of time as it would have normally taken.

This was a really good visit. It's nice to get quality service from were I purchased my truck. Jeff was quick to help get someone to answer my questions about purchasing an extended warranty and to clearly go over everything done and things I'll need in the future

Working with Joe is OUTSTANDING - he has incredible work ethic and is extremely professional- he treats me like gold! He communicates effectively between my concerns and the mechanics feedback and he understands what he is actually talking about- unlike SO many in the industry that just repeat talking points from the techs but have no concept of what they are saying. I mean this 100%; Joe stands head and shoulders above MOST everyone I have ever seen in the industry!! There are different customer service shops across the street and down the road from Darlings Ford that we have taken vehicles to for service and no one in those shops I have over experienced the level of service provided by Joe Turner. Honestly, someone at Darlings NEEDS to give that guy a raise, bonus, take home car, something , promote him to service manager- he is an example for everyone in the industry to model. Honestly we have considered trading our Honda Pilot that we purchased at Darlings Honda for a Ford product so we could have that same level of outstanding service with my wife’s vehicle. Thank you Joe!!!!!
