The communication was terrible from the te they pick up the truck to the end. Work was also performed on my truck with no one contacting me to say if I wanted it done. Then I had to pay for it. The work that was performed on my plow which light adjustment was suppose to be free but the bent part they just bent it back and not very well but didn't even touch it up with paint. And wanted $278 for the work. Was no happy on paying anything. Heck the brakes that Ted the salesmen said he would have fixed never got done and he is denying it because he never put it in writing. I can say I will not do business with Darlings again.

Everyone was so accommodating with my schedule and provided top notch service. My only concern is that as I was driving home 36 miles from Bangor my check tires alert came on. I will swing in on Thursday AM to make sure everything is safe and secure. Other than that you’re a great bunch of people.

Thay fixed it as soon as thay could. It took awhile for the part's then it did for anything else. Cooper was very nice and concerned for us. I like that and thank you cooper and the macanicks job well done.

I brought up an ignition issue and was told there would be a $150 charge for merely looking into and identifying the problem, not fixing it. That cost for fixing it would be added to the $150. That "policy" is anything but customer friendly. It feels more like a fleecing. I still have the ignition issue.
