I showed up at Darlings without an appointment looking to see if I could get an oil change for my 2021 F250. Jeff took excellent care of me and was able to fit me in. He is excellent at his job. As long as Jeff is there I will keep coming back. Darlings needs more Jeff Schencks on their service team.

I was not told that I would be charged $150 to check a fluid leak on my transmission. I would not have done this had I known that. I also asked to have my car washed which was not done, not a big deal but after charging me $257 for an oil change I feel that was the very least you could have done.

Eric did a very good job of taking care of my vehicle. I will have no problem coming back and dealing with him. On a side note. I did think it was pretty buddy when he came out and said my lug nuts were swollen. Not realizing that it was an actual problem. After I left I thought about that and laughed really hard

William O’Rourk is excellent! One word describes William: “He Cares “! He will get to the bottom of the problem with your Audi. I love my Audi A7 and William knows that.
