Jeff was great, he met me only once before, but acted and joked like he's known me for a long time. He made what he was doing with my car crystal clear and I enjoyed the service.
I brought my vehicle in for brake service today, after having received service ~1500 miles ago. The rotors are currently worn out and delaminating, but this problem was not observed during the previous service. I was told that, because the pads that were changed were supplied by me, Ford would not guarantee the previous service. However, I did ask at the last service to have the rotors inspected and changed if they were worn. It is not clear to me why this was not done. I also was not informed that the use of pads I had on hand would preclude any guarantee of the work - if I had been, I would have used dealer-supplied parts instead. I feel spoiled when I go in for maintenance on my Flex and plan on continuing my car needs there. All the staff are very knowledgeable from the boys in the drive in to the service and parts dept.
