I brought my vehicle in for brake service today, after having received service ~1500 miles ago. The rotors are currently worn out and delaminating, but this problem was not observed during the previous service. I was told that, because the pads that were changed were supplied by me, Ford would not guarantee the previous service. However, I did ask at the last service to have the rotors inspected and changed if they were worn. It is not clear to me why this was not done. I also was not informed that the use of pads I had on hand would preclude any guarantee of the work - if I had been, I would have used dealer-supplied parts instead. I am very surprised that Ford will not stand behind their work in this case, and I intend to contact customer servicFord Corporate on Monday to discuss. Be

VW should be proud to have Jacky working on their team. He is a wonderful service manager and makes sure that no matter what, the job is taken care of the BEST way possible. I’m very thankful to have his knowledge when I have an issue, and he ALWAYS answers the phone within seconds when I call. Very appreciative of his customer service!

Jeffrey makes me a priority and I just adore than man! He is what makes me come back. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and he goes above and beyond to satisfy every customer. I feel spoiled when I go in for maintenance on my Flex and plan on continuing my car needs there. All the staff are very knowledgeable from the boys in the drive in to the service and parts dept. They never disappoint. Well done!
