Had 4 winter tires swapped with summer ones.Asked if tire pressures could be 35, did this a lot better than past visits. Great!
2 of summer tires were worn & Conner and I thought they should be in rear & 2 better tires should be on front. However worn tires ended up on front. Had to wait for rain to try. Had some trouble with hydroplaneing. Not sure what to do.

Check in took an extended time this morning - 20 mins. Nobody came out to the car and when I went in to the service desk instead of asking how they could help I was just stared at. When I spoke to the man at the desk he said someone comes out to the car - I explained I’d been waiting 15 mins at that point and he said he’d page the SA and I should wait in my car. After seeing me out there a valet asked if I needed to get out - told him I was waiting for Leanne and he said he’d find her. He came back out and said she’d be out shortly. I was told to allow 45 mins for my service which turned into 1 hr 40 mins. When I got back in my car my handicapped placard had been thrown on the passenger side floor. In the future I do NOT want this service advisor-
