Your team Was so accommodating. I've got a flat tire about 3 miles before the exit and when I got off the exit and pulled in I saw the Ford sign it was instantly happy. I walked in and you're the workers and so we helped me it was amazing.

My truck has been there 3 times for the same issue. Each time requires almost 3 hours of round trip driving, the loss of time and cost of gas and it's still not fixed! I'm out of state again without the entertainment system working and often the GPS doesn't work as well. Not to mention hardly ever having traffic and weather data while traveling. I still haven't heard back (it's been a week and half) about when I should bring it back to hopefully be repaired. I'm NOT a happy camper!
