My service person, William, did not call me back when he said he would at least 3 times. I always gave him a day or two and I had to call him. He was a little sarcastic at one point after I told him that he didn’t call me back when he said he would.

I had a scheduled appointment at 9:30am. I arrived 10 mins. early. I left at 2:40 in the afternoon. I needed winter tires swapped onto car which are already mounted on rims. I requested the tire swap, oil change and an alignment. 5hrs at your facility was way too long for this service that was supposed to be scheduled. Jacob did discount some of the service, however, 5hrs is far too long.
