William is a great service employee & deserves a raise! When I brought my car in, I gave a list of problems/concerns. William listened and even went for a ride along with me to make out the noises that I was hearing. Later on after all the work was complete, I had gone to pick up my car in which, William went over all that was done and gave extensive details when I asked about a certain part & what it actually was. Lot of folks sometimes don’t know what a part is. He knew though and I was pleased with his excellent customer service when it came to greeting me or delivering a description about the different parts and what they were meant for on the car. For future visits, I’d like to continue service from William. He knows the cars, the parts, and how to be a real human and apply those people skills within his job atmosphere.

I was told when I arrived that they were arguing outback who is responsible for dealing with me I then waited 15 minutes next to my car for someone to come out and tell me what the plan was. Not what I call a “good first service visit” for someone whom purchased a warranty item on her new VW Taos. The young man whom came to greet me felt uncomfortable as well.

Emissions light is now on. Wasn’t before. They did an “inspection” but didn’t notice the bad breaks? Shifter cable was never looked at. They said they ran the computer on it, but there’s a known transmission problem that didn’t come up. They said the ABS warning light was reset. The ABS light and tractions control (along with the emissions light) were on when I got in it. Breaks grinding. What did I pay $800 for? Super super SUPER unhappy.

It was the first time I’d met Jacob. I’ve been accustomed to knowledgane, thoughtful service personnel at the Audi desk and he did not disappoint. A fine member of a great team.
