10/10 the best service I have ever received. I used to have a vehicle that went to another local dealership and I was always treated differently being a female than my husband was when he took the vehicle in. This was a 100% hassle free experience and I am SO glad that this is where my vehicle will now be serviced!

Obsolete part for my 2016 vehicle . Short of me asking lots of questions no extra help was provided to resolve my issue . Once questions were asked then I was given part numbers .I found the parts myself on E-Bay and will try and repair the vehicle on my own . I felt Darlings could have gone the extra mile to find my parts a resolve my issue rather then me stumbling through it .What would the average person do that has no parts or repair experience .

Took awhile to get parts, but when they arrived the job was done immediately. My only concern was the tech said the transmission bolts broke if I remember right,and Darlings was the last dealership to work in tha area so did they put never seize or why did they give fault in about 3 years?
