I only wish they would have washed the car before returning it, I know this isnt there job but it's the little things that make the difference to the customer something that will stick out and have the customer think of your place before anybody else

I was kept up to date on the progress of my automobile. He was very respectful and nice. It was an over all great experience. Plus when we didn't have a ride from the shop and a ride back to get the vehicle. He made sure it was possible.

I was greeted immediately with a smile and a hello...was nice to have a conversation with Rebecca...she listened to my concerns about dash lights coming on and also the oil change light...she spoke with the mechanic and addressed my concerns after looking over my car...I felt a sense of relief it needed nothing more than the oil change I had scheduled..in no time at all my car was ready and it had a quick cleaning inside and out...what a great place to relax after an 8 hour shift and recharge for a little while...I definately enjoy the people I have encountered at the dealership and will continue to have my car serviced there. Thank you for a good experience..sincerely Deb Good.
