Owning a truck for 3 weeks with mirror that broke when folding in and being told Ford would not cover it but driving to another Ford dealer locally and being told 100% would be covered and will take care of it. Let me know where to now take my service and what dealer to buy from. I was going to order a raptor grill and other Ford accessories but will be ordering from them when take in for service.

Oil cap left off and hood was not latched completely. Need to start double checking work before returning car to customer. Copies of check sheet are not being given when they do works oil change.

I like dogs BUT not running all around the waiting area. Probably belongs to the boss or else it wouldn't be allowed. I don't like being sniffed several times while I waited.
