I drive I80 interstate back & forth to DesMoines & after the carwash there were still several bugs on the hood & front grill of my Jeep. Other than that I’m good.

Since you ask, I had my car “analyzed” for 130 dollars . I was informed of a 159? dollar part as the issue. With labor 600 dollar plus tax being the bill. After install, this was not the issue. An entire computer NOW is the issue. Bringing my bill to 1600 dollars!! After talking to Todd , NO discount on 600 for what I would consider “ misdiagnosis “. If the diagnosis and subsequent installation of part were adjusted, I would have bought the computer and had a car . As a result I was forced to sacrifice car to satisfy 600 in misdiagnosed work. Now at this time I have no longer a work car. So you can see I’m not really a happy customer.

My husband paid the bill. After walking out to the car felt he had been overcharged. We had a coupon for a$50 oil change and tire rotation. The Bill was $67 He went back inside to question the charges. He told the lady he had a coupon she quickly dismissed him as having an extra quart of oil added to our car making it 6 quarts for our four-cylinder engine. And that was the difference. Upon me arriving home I reviewed the bill and we were overcharged. I called and talked to Nick and he credited me money back to our credit card. The coupon had not been applied even though my husband and another employee verified he turned one in.

Prices increased and the mechanic left oily hand and fingerprints on my door panel and steering wheel. I wont be bringing my vehicles in for routine maintenance anymore.

So I have Jeep Wave which covers the first 3 oil changes on a new Jeep. I was told by the service manager that it only covers $60. I called Jeep Wave and was told that is incorrect for a 392 Wrangler. They are refunding me the $82 extra I paid and adding additional free oil changes. I'm not sure who the service manager talked to at Jeep... but he may want to call back.
