Again, promised to at least vacuum out the truck. This was part of the deal, to wash the vehicle during service time of vehicle when I purchased the truck. I just asked it to be vacuumed since it’s too big for the bay, to be washed.

Couldn’t figure out why I had an oil puddle under my car last night. My husband checked it this morning and the cap wasn’t on tight. Just lucky I caught it within hours and didn’t have something happen. Let your mechanic know he needs to double check that. Common sense to me. Otherwise the rest of the service was fine. I feel that you are way too expensive on your diagnostics. When working on car they asked how long a maintenance light had been on and I told them 50000 miles. Can get it diagnosed at a couple of places for free. Also have transmission noise. Can’t afford diagnostics and to fix problem.

Thank you getting my vehicle in right away.Thank you for calling me for an early cancelation.
