I took my f350 in for an oil change and a clunking noise in the front when going slow….. they said they cant find anything not sure if they drove it or not but you can hear it something is wrong or broke or loose or something hopefully they took it for a drive around the parking lot atleast im sure they would hear it! But the wife picked it up and they told her all good

We were happy to find out the shimmy we had experienced at highway speeds was only due to a wheel balancing issue. Thanks for correcting that for us. ???? We did notice one (chrome) Tire stem cover is missing,however.

The sheet we got had a checklist of things that were done. The floor wasn’t lightly vacuumed and while maybe the car was washed, it didn’t appear washed. Just why include these things as part of the oil change package if they are going to be done poorly.
