I recently visited your dealership for car service and detailing, but unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory. As someone who frequently travels across the U.S., I rely on various dealerships for car maintenance. During my recent visit, I specifically requested a car detailing service. Regrettably, the detailing was subpar, evident from the photos I took showing incomplete work. Despite bringing this to the attention of the service technician, I was still charged for a full service. I returned hoping for a resolution and proper completion of the job, but the second visit also left me disappointed with the quality of service provided.
