When I set up the appointment, I tried to make it clear that I was driving to Clinton from Dubuque and wanted the oil change and all recalls addressed. The oil change and tire rotation did happen but I was told that they were short handed and didn't have time to do recalls. I wish they would have told me that they couldn't do the work today and rescheduled. At least this experience isn't as bad as dealing with **** in, but I'm still disappointed. This could have been better.

I specifically stated that I have after market headlights. When I wasted my time bringing the truck in to have it looked at. I was told nothing could be done since I have aftermarket headlights.I would have hoped that I would have been told you could not have done anything. Instead, I wasted my morning. I have bought several vehicles from you and would like to continue business with you.
