They should vacuum the car after doing work. Walmart vacuum front of car with oil change and you should too. It’s just a nice courtesy.

Had to have my F-150 taken in for a software update. Todd and all of the service department is always helpful and works to insure your vehicle is fixed and ready to go. 5 stars all around!!!!

Everything went fine. No negative comments about service but the car wash was bad. Car is full of water spots, looks terrible.

Todd always takes care of me. No hassle. If something is going on with my vehicle he educates what the problem is and the fix with cost so I can plan future expenses accordingly.

Receipt indicates vacuuming and car wash. Vacuuming did not happen as there was stuff all over the floor and the wash left my car very spotty. The rest of the experience was fine.

Bill was wrong, time to repair was also too long and someone obviously left our van unlocked because all of our glove box and storage areas were tandacled and the starter button was removed and we later found it under clothing they had tossed about way in the rear of the vehicle

When a complete computer reset is done all settings are lost. I would just say reprogram the display, controls, etc. to English. My vehicle is in some other language, metric and celsius displays. I still have not figured out how to return to prior settings. Otherwise everything was good.
