Not happy with service on my F350- the had my new tires (only 5,000 miles on them) rotated. Big Mistake! The steering shook terrible AFTER the rotation. Took it back and was told the wheel weights were missing and the tires weren’t balanced. That’s kinda crazy as we had just drove the truck 5,000 miles to Florida as well as drove it to the shop the morning of the appt and it drove great! On top of that we were charged an extra $80 for tire balancing! Not sure I will continue servicing my vehicles at your shop!

Took an hour to run a diagnostic test, when I watched them go to a different vehicle then pull another vehicle out then to tell me after an hour it was the latch. Which could have been completed in 20-30 min. Like my first diagnostic test that I had done at a different shop

I am a bit confused why, if the recall item is no charge, why there is a $60 fee for the remediation. Looking forward to discussing it when the new fobs come in and we return for further service. Thank you very much for your professional and friendly service!
