We purchased a new key fob and were told to take it to Harts to have key cut. Called Harts and they said the dealer does it. Called dealer back and they said they do it. What a run around!

I told the lady that scheduled my appointment no tire shine. She said she noted it on the appointment. I also wrote it on the instructions on the key drop envelope and the tires still had the tire shine that I did NOT want. Not happy.

If you sell a vehicle with a diesel engine then you should be able to repair them no matter what the problem is. Whether it be a simple repair or a complex one. I have almost $2000.00 in repairs and the problem still isn’t repaired. So I lost $2000.00 dollars for nothing and have to spend another $3200.00 from another local dealer to fix the problem and the sad thing is the parts you put in will have to be replaced to fix it the way it should of been from the beginning.
