Jessica was very nice and kept me updated as to what was going on and why it was taking longer than normal . However later at night my tire pressure light went on , I had to go put air in all 4 tires . Since I just had the car serviced and tire rotation was done I’m assuming air should have been checked but all the tires were 30 or below when they should have been at 36 . This was disappointing on top of the hour and a half long wait for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection.
Nick did a great job as always and Sean runs a great organization always friendly, keep you posted on where everything is and what's happening, and very efficient!

Issues were addressed. One minor thing: after finding a problem in my wheel, it was determined to be cracked and after the tire rotation, the sensors no longer mapped to the same tire making it confusing on which wheel had the issue. I figured out which tire was the cracked one by the air pressure.
I'm very appreciative that the Gault Toyota service team took the time to install my new wiper blades, and to top off my windshield washer fluid. Now I'm all set for winter driving, and that's a good feeling. They were very helpful, efficient, and considerate. Well done!
Jessica did fine. I feel your service depth. Has gone downhill in the last year. I call for service app. And I can't get in for weeks. We put over 500 mile a week on the one car. By the time we get in it had 1500 to 2000 miles more on it. Also complimentary car, always asked if I want one. Have not had one in last 4 visits, always an e cuse
Also costs are getting too high. Your competition, Williams Toyota is much better now.
