Service performed was good, but Found Issues sheet incorrectly claimed I stated that the battery was dead. Multipoint Inspection form said the battery tested good.
Phone call from the service rep said the battery was bad and needed to be replaced at a cost of over $300 because it’s a special battery for vehicles with the start/stop feature. I declined that service. When I reviewed the Found Issues sheet it listed the battery replacement as cost at $69.06.
