Rodney porter provided me with exceeding customer service and he also did not made me feel rushed and made sureI understood everything that was being done to my car or what I was signing very pleasant experience for my first oil change in my car. I have had him before with a different car. He has always has an excellent customer service attitude.

This was by far the worst appointment I have ever had with the Kenosha Honda location. 1. Kevin was ill equipped with the knowledge required to effectively complete his job. 2. Kevin was beyond rude. He spoke down to me as the customer. I am baffled that Honda prides themselves on “quality service” when that was something I did not experience at this appointment. 3. The guy that worked on my car spilled a bunch of windshield wiper fluid IN my car. I watched him do it. He then forgot to put the lid back on to the same fluid. 4. There were a handful of times when I happened to peek into the workshop and there were a handful of employees that were horse playing and acting in appropriate around vehicles and tools in the workshop. 5. I witnessed a tech sit in a clients vehicle and actively hit a vape pen and then get out and hand the keys to that client. Overall very unprofessional start to finish

The service was great. Customer interaction great. A picky note that does not reflect on Sam, there was still dirt inside the rim of the wheels. Other than that the car looks fantastic. I would also say the placing AutoButler stickers inside the window of the vehicle without asking struck me odd.
