I am disappointed to have to send this type of response. I was incredibly disheartened to hear how my wife was treated today while dropping off her vehicle. While I understand as a Service Advisor you need to make sure everyone is aware of the manufacturer recommended replacement of fluids in addition to the oil. However, my wife told me that it didn’t quite happen that way. That when she denied the overpriced upsell to have the transmission, brake, and differential fluids replaced you made remarks such as “you aren’t taking care of your vehicle” and “you might as well trade it in”. Then when my wife said, “my husband said no”, your immediate remark was “wow”. Money is not the issue here when you asked for my wife’s budget. It’s two things, one being the cost to do these tasks is very much overpriced and I can have it done elsewhere for much less. And two, most of these fluids don’t in fact need to be replaced until the vehicle hits 90-100k miles (despite the manufacturer recommendation).
What I am most disappointed in is how my wife was treated during her visit and I sure hope all women who come into your service shop are not treated in this manner and made to feel as though their vehicle won’t make it another mile if they don’t listen to you. It’s comes across misogynistic and feels like a targeted upsell to a woman who wouldn’t know how to say no to such claims.
I hope in the future this shop does better. But I will have a hard time brining my wife’s vehicle back to this shop except for her auto butler service and tire rotations.

I was in for a simple oil change and it took over an hour and a half. The service guy had to check on my vehicle at least twice. Not great customer service.
Very dissatisfied once again. Your service crew was negligent and didn't put my car back together properly after a routine timing belt replacement that I'm sure they do often only for my car to stall on the highway within 5 minutes of leaving lot. I have to get it towed back only for it not to be looked at until next day. Never offer a courtesy car.
Today I'm told a ground wire wasn't bolted down properly but ready for pickup now? Never offer to pay for the tow and tip. My husband has to ask for the tow money and to be compensated for time lost, stress, distress to my kids and we get there to pick up the car and are given 100 dollars towards the 120 dollar tow bill and a "free oil change and tire rotation" after I already told Sam I get free tire rotation at Kenosha Tire so for your lack of attention to detail I get an oil change and am out 20 dollars for the tow still. Very dissatisfied.
Joe was upfront with me about recommended additional service.
