Will not be returning to honda of kenosha. Went in for tire patch, an hour and a half later tire is still not patched but now there's an extensive list of things needing to be done. All of which have already been taken care of months ago. Tried getting me for 2 thousand. 0/10.

I have no issues with the service provided. I do have issues with the vehicle and the Honda brand. To have my car need a ring job at 157k after following the maintenance schedule is not acceptable. I am through with Honda.

Joe is always great to talk to. That’s why I always go to him for service. He makes sure my Pilot gets done what it needs to keep on running great!! Almost 300,000 miles on it now! Looking forward to putting the next 100,000 on it. Thanks Joe!!

Everything about the service and experience was satisfactory, but a couple incidents of miscommunication left me feeling a bit awkward and confused (ie. a text that car was ready when it was not, not reviewing the work that had been done, not indicating whether a service coupon might be honored, not clearly indicating where I could find my car when I left) I understand that it was a very busy day, but Honda's customer service has always been impeccable. On this occasion, I was left a little disappointed.

Rodney did a great job of communicating the issues with our vehicle. He was friendly, thorough, and respectful. The experience was great from him. Unfortunately the pricing we received on replacing the struts was out of line. We received 3 other quotes and all 3 were less than half the price of your quote.
