Your shop had my car for 4 days & I spent close to $4000. I was not OFFERED a courtesy car. I asked about receiving one & was told there were none & I would be notified if one became available. I choose to bring my car to your shop, passing other Honda dealers. I live in IL. I choose to do this because I know that my car is well cared for. I just wish that you cared for the customer the same.

as where the original service was good and probably the follow up with the body shop okay too. the fact that I had to refuel the loaner car and consequently my own vehicle. costing me almost 50 dollars. and.. no compensation for the "accident" from kenosha honda for it. doesn't sit right for me.I was disappointed.

I have brought my car in for service at least 6-8 times and every single time the car wash is either closed or not working. Every time. That is not a make me feel like a valued customer. I have a Volvo as a second car and each appointment that I pick it up the exterior is washed and hand dried AND the interior is washed and vacuumed. I love that experience.

The shuttle was difficult to arrange initially and I had to reschedule my appointment due to no transportation and the shuttle not being willing to take me when I dropped off my vehicle earlier then my appointment. Would be nice if they would provide a car wash after doing work on the vehicle.
