The service was completed well, but upon getting in my car after the service, the tire pressure light came on. It’s frustrating & disappointing to immediately see a warning light on my dashboard after spending $2,700 to maintain my car.
Rodney was responsive and friendly, and the oil change was completed quickly. I really appreciated how easy it was to schedule the service—overall, a smooth and efficient experience!

Staff was friendly and took care of the oil change as requested. But when I got home, I noticed there was a scratch across the hood of the car that was not there when I brought it in. No way to prove it, but very frustrating that would happen with no acknowledgment or attempt to address it.
Repairs went well and Sam was super helpful.

Great quick service. The only thing that’s was my a problem was i came in to fix some codes that were showing and i asked if they could also inspect steering components and they said i have to come back and pay to do that on a separate date. But they inspection report starts that there supposed to check the whole car and the inspection report i received is showing that everything is good except my transmission fluid, brake fluid, intercooler and fuel injectors needed to be serviced. This was the second time i brought my vehicle to this dealership to get serviced for problems that occurred to my ca in the past month.
Rodney is polite and helpful and answers all of my questions.

Rodney did the rest and Anthony drove me and picked me up from the Outlet stores…
Then the Honda techs completed the oil differential and third recall on my 2024 Pilot…
