I had asked the service writer if someone from Honda could pick me up from work at 5:30 and take me to Honda to pay for and pick up my car. At 5:40 no one had came so I called both Honda numbers and no answer. I had to wait a half hour to have a co-worker drop me off.

Honda of Kenosha always exceeds my expectations! They were able to get a difficult stain off the car during my Autobutler service, and they were able to troubleshoot any other issues that came up. They are reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. It is also very easy to schedule appointments.

I bought the maintenance package when purchasing the car. I was surprised that I was charged over $200 for brake fluid. I will go to the store to purchase it next time and just do it at home. The young man checking me in showed me a scratch. He had a hard time finding it when I asked to see it. I thought perhaps I could just buff it out. He told me about a matching paint color. I expressed my worry that it would make the little scratch stand out. He said because the color is an exact match, it would look great. I was nervous about it, so he kindly put it on my car for me. After following the process, we both looked at it. The little, almost invisible scratch, now can be seen from a block away and there is now, no doubt that there was a scratch. It pretty much ruined it. I will not use the product again because of the damage, yet was unable to return it because we tried to use it even though it caused damage.
