Just one question, I was told it was a 2 1/2 hr job and it was 45 minutes to close, how did it get done in 45 minutes and why was I charged 2.5 hrs labor

It was recommended we spend $1500 to fix something that came up on some code that the technicians had never seen before. I said no to it, but yes to an engine coil and a recall fix that needed to be done, which in the end cleared the other code. I’m glad I made a call to a garage to check out the initial recommendation and didn’t do it! If possible, we won’t be bringing the car back. It’s hard to trust dealerships for service especially after this.

Service was fine, but I came also for a continuous noise at direction system at the initial maneuver times, I was told this is normal for Odyssey 2021 models. I leased Odyssey 2019 from same service, there were no such a noise. Still not comfortable from this noise.
