I was told I needed some service maintenance and I decided to do the rear differential service which I was quoted 150 after doing some research I found a cheaper price from Schlosmann Honda for 119.95 - there 20 discount special for a total of 99.95 out the door since my car was already at ur dealership I figured I would give you guys the chance to match there price which after having to call me back I was told you would match the price but when I get to the dealership it was a different price and then I was told the price I mentioned had to be proved so the service rep called the dealership just to find out I was correct ( I felt like I was being treated like a liar ) from your service Manager -- so how can you make it better ??? -- refund my service for my visit ($138.00)
