Rodney is a great asset for Honda of Kenosha and is a model of how others should approach their jobs. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and when you advise him of an issue he correctly advises the possible solutions. And he has the perfect personality for the position - listens attentively and answers all questions. Very customer oriented.

Joe was very courteous and explained exactly what needed to be done. I was out of sorts with my health condition and did not ask for discounts as couipons and or senior discounts. I usually get something and sorry I didn't ask. After I came home I thought about it and wished something was offered to me. Gina always made sure I got something. I did enjoy working with Joe he was very pleasant and enjoyed our conversations. Thank you Joe
