I shouldn’t be taking my car in for an original part that keeps breaking. This has cost me a lot of my time for a car that has very little miles. It’s making me think twice about purchasing another Honda. In my opinion I shouldn’t have to deal with anyone in the service department as this part shouldn’t be a problem, ever but now it’s been twice. Just give me a brand new sound system with wiring harness so I don’t waste anymore of my valuable time!

Rodney was great! He explained everything is an understanding manner and didn’t push me to get additional services. However he did explain what services I should plan on doing soon from my car to keep up with the maintenance!!

Sam was excellent to work with when I dropped off my car, when he told me I would get a loaner because my car was going to take longer, and when he called me to tell me my car was ready. The gentleman that worked with me when I picked up my car was not very personable and made me feel like I was a bother. I will always request Sam’s help, and I will make sure that I will pick up my car when he is around.
