Rodney Porter was quite helpful today. He is knowledgable and a great technician. He answered the code B167 that was displayed on the dashboard spontaneously - change of differential oil and brake fluid. In addition, my CRV had the routine oil change and tire rotation done today. Joe was excellent! We were traveling from out of town and experienced car problems. Joe took the time to find out what was happening with my suv. Because of Joe I will continue bringing my suv there when visiting.
