Just like my previous visit, this was an overpriced, underwhelming service experience. Joe Valente was crass and condescending through the entire check-in procedure, asking me questions then providing smarmy responses on how I was incorrect or insinuating that I was clueless. I was quoted for service I have just recently had completed elsewhere, making me question the accuracy of my $170 diagnostic fee I paid. Seems to me like a quick money-grab that’s supposed to sway me into going to your sales department for a new car. I will be driving an hour out of my way to my old service provider after this run-in. At least there I’m treated with respect, given clarity and details and where I won’t be overcharged by almost double like your service center does. Will not be returning, will not recommend to anyone looking for sales or service. Up your game, Honda.
