Sam was wonderful. He got me right in and then let me know about a couple of items that needed attention. He wasn’t pushy but instead took a very consultative approach. The service is always top notch there!

In my experience, Rodney Porter is way above the typical Service Consultant. Thorough knowledge of vehicles and mechanical operating systems, maintenance procedures. Genuinely listens to questions and concerns and gives patient and understandable answers. I believe he likes his job and has the right personality for getting the appropriate service for the customer's needs. I always feel he is executing my needs with the highest priority.

Joe was professional and thorough. He was also friendly and pleasant. I had a positive experience and appreciate his excellent customer service skills. I wish all my customer service experiences in life were this way! I would imagine he is a valued member of your team and would recommend him to anyone who needs to bring a vehicle to your service center.

Joe is the very best service representative! I had a maintenance issue early this morning and I drove to Honda at 7:05am, Joe took care of me and my car was fixed as promised in a very timely manner! Much appreciated! Thank you Joe!!!!
