Sam is always great. After my service, as I drive my car away crazy alarm lights started to go on and literally said go to the dealer. The mechanics were not able to determine why this happened. They re set the codes. The low tire pressure light has come on again. This was one of the original reasons for the appointment.

Rodney super nice. Helpful. Made sure I had savings coupon. Service department always great. I am just surprised they didn’t take my car through the car wash like they have every time I have my car serviced. I appreciate the car washes. Please keep that going. I love my Honda, and treat it good. Rodney, you were awesome. Thank you for your polite service. And service team, thank u for keeping my Honda running top notch.

I was at Honda of Kenosha for about 5 hours because my vehicle required a lot of maintenance (3 year fluids, plus my 6-month Auto Butler application, plus I was due for an oil change). The seating area was very comfortable, and the coffee was delicious! I was offered the shuttle service for lunch but decided to walk to one of the nearby restaurants for some fresh air. Glad the service was available if I needed it! Joe is friendly and professional, and is always a pleasure to work with.

First time getting my car serviced at Honda Kenosha. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. I love the fact that it’s a dog friendly store and I could bring my dog with me while my car was being serviced.

I dropped off my car for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Told them I would be back in 2 hours. When I got back almost 3 hours later I was told they hadn’t even started my car. I had to wait 45 minutes for them to do what they had 3 hours to do.

Car took 4 1/2 hours to clean was told 3hours. Car was not cleaned well outside had dirt spots inside had messes.
