I received the usual courteous greeting and efficient service regarding the maintenence on my car done within the time-frame projected I generally experience at Honda of Kenosha. Also much appreciated is the transportation service provided should I want to go to a restaurant nearby for a meal while waiting for my car.

Seems that your first priority is Honda of Kenosha. I would rather do business with someone who is concerned with doing what is best for the customer.

I left with no engine lights from the dealership everything was just fine but when I stopped to fuel up my car I shut off the engine and after filling up when I turn on the engine the car started to rattle and showed 6 warning lights on, including the same emission light that I went in dealership to get fixed for.

While not dissatisfied with the service I should have been notified the car was done and the cost of my repair. I understand Sam was out sick but it should have been someone’s responsibility to contact me instead of me calling in and inquiring.
