The people who do oil changes forgot to reset the oil life. This is the second time that someone forgot to reset it.

Service was great. However, on our way to Slinger this afternoon, we kept hearing an odd noise coming from the driver side front tire. When we stopped, we realize the lug nuts were all loose on that tire. They were so loose that we could take them off with just a few turns with our hands!
