I had Auto Butler applied. This left my car streaked inside and out. I was there 4.5 hours and my car is a mess. If this can’t be performed properly how where the rest of the services completed. Extremely dissatisfied. I have many pictures to confirm this. How do I get all these spots and streaks out? I live 40 minutes away. …

The sales staff is great at HoK but the service people are short with customers, a bit cocky and they tend to talk down to clients. We are on our fifth car from Honda four from HoK We explained that the passenger rear tire has had the warning light coming on and off since we got the car. We assumed it was the weather changes as we saw this with our Pilot. When we brought it in the service rep said the tire had an it repairable hole and we would have to pay 350 for a new tire. My wife told him that this has been going on since we bought the car and that’s when he got all rude and defensive.The service person never showed her the hole which he said was responsible for the light coming on. My wife left and we brought the car to a local tire shop. He showed us a piece of jagged metal in the tire. He couldn’t tell us how long it was in there but agreed that it could have been there since purchase. We would like to return the car and terminate our contract and when we purchase next time - if it’s a Honda it will not be from HoK even though the sales people are wonderful.

I’ve never paid labor on an oil change or $200 for one. Very expensive service. I will seek service elsewhere in the furniture.
