Michael was very friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and prompt. I unfortunately did have a new scratch on my vehicle after I got it back from the shop. It had to have happened while it was in for repair because that scratch wasn’t there when I dropped it off.

I had my appointment at 2:30 but got out of work early. I showed up at 12:30, Rogelio and the service team were able to get my vehicle in and get me checked out by my original appointment time. Big thank you to Rogelio and the service team.

Well only way I would be satisfied is if I got my money back because they never fixed the problem on my car plus they had my car for almost a month and I paid $1400 and I still need to take it to another dealer to try and fix the problem

The air bag was not in stock. No repair done. You are over doing the surveys. Nothing changes with the service.

Wait time was far too long for an oil change. Dean attempted to rectify the situation. My competitors coupon was not honored even though I called ahead of time to make sure my competitors coupon would be honored. I also have the email where the initial discussion to place prior to the phone call.
